Job Description:
As an Advisory Financial Alignment Executive, you will drive strategy leading to successful client financial results. You will leverage your Revenue Cycle Experience to cultivate financial relationships within client base and overall health care industry; articulate financial adoption benefits to clients and advise on best practices; and collaborate with clients to design financial workflows and guide clients in localizing the design of solutions to meet organizational needs. You also leverage client data to assist in the creation and execution of action plans; serve as advocate for Revenue Cycle solutions with client; and contribute to the enhancement of solution design and strategy.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years’ health care revenue cycle work experience
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
Master’s degree in Business Administration
Experience with Cerner revenue cycle solutions
At least 3 years’ health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
Working knowledge of Defense Health Agency business operations
Experience with TRICARE business models
Expectations
Willing to travel up to 80% as required
Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area or currently reside in a virtually approved location
