THE DOE RUN COMPANY Administrative Data Analyst in Viburnum, Missouri

The Doe Run Company is seeking an Administrative Data Analyst to provide administrative support to our Exploration and Development Division in order to track, forecast and archive division initiatives. This position is located in the heart of Mark Twain National Forest in Viburnum, Missouri.Primary Responsibilities:Entering and maintaining data in the division Initiative Access Database.Communicating with managers to gather updates for entry into database.Data Management to include posting and manipulating data into the database and ensuring accuracyAnalyzing new and historic data - validate for accuracy, prepare for evaluation, and report as necessaryDivision spending/cost data collection, entry, and reportingData analysis, collection, storage, and retrieval of ongoing and archived data (including, but not limited to, invoices, requisitions, schedules, and initiatives).Data cleanup of existing files and records (categorization and indexing)Daily and monthly reporting: prepare information required to perform daily reporting and information tracking.Other duties as assigned. Requirements:A minimum of 1 or more year's administrative or clerical experienceA Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business Management, Accounting or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analysist and observation skillsExcellent organizational and planning skillsExperience writing and create reportsEffective communication skillsHigh attention to detailMS Project experience/knowledge, preferredAccess database knowledge, preferredAbility to regularly lift up to 50 poundsClarity of vision and ability to distinguish colors Based in St. Louis, The Doe Run Company is a privately held natural resources company and one of the largest integrated lead producers in the Western Hemisphere.
