Overview:Cyber Threat Analysts conduct threat analysis, provide assessments of threats and vulnerabilities, produce investigative leads, uncover policy violations, assess risk posed by trusted insiders, provide cyber CI reports, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.Primary Responsibilities:* Produce weekly actionable cyber CI threat report in collaboration with teammates, NGA partners and the intelligence community to include threat data collected and reported by NGA Cyber CI team and network security personnel, fusion of all source threats, derived from multiple intelligence sources (INTS), and imagery when available.* Produce monthly cyber CI threat reports to include compilation of data collected and reported in weekly reports.* Produce quarterly cyber CI threat reports to include compilations of data collected and reported in the weekly and monthly report s.* Produce annual cyber CI threat reports of data collected and reported in Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and quarterly reports.* Perform proactive inquiries and collaborate with NGA investigative entities, IC organizations, and Law Enforcement agencies/entities.* Produce CI Information reports on an as needed/required basis. Produce IIRs from data collected and reported by either the cyber CI team or the NGA cyber security personnel.* Research, analyze and synthesize All-Source data to identify patterns, commonalities and linkages.* Develop leads by detecting anomalous activities.* Demonstrate proficiency in use of bottom-line-up-front (BLUF) writing.* Perform inquiries of anomalous activity using cyber or related automated investigative tools using most if not all, (M3, Plantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, CCD, QLIX , TIDE and Proton).Education and/or Experience:* Bachelor's degree required. Desired degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.* Desired post graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.* Shall possess a minimum of 7 years of CI experience, which at least 5 of those years to include CI cyber analytic or CI cyber investigations.* Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (ex.
