IBM Watson IoT TRIRIGA Quick Response Team Engineer in St Louis, Missouri

Job Description

IBM Watson IoT is looking for a talented individual supporting our TRIRIGA Portfolio customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and recommending improvements within the TRIRIGA application and platform to both customers and the team responsible for developing the TRIRIGA Application and Platform. You will build working relationships with customers, TRIRIGA Support, Development & Business Partners to understand the customer's real property management requirements and implementation needs utilizing the TRIRIGA application and platform. You must be highly-motivated self-starters and will be expected to manage and complete their tasks in a variety of fast-paced results driven environments.

Routine responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting, assist customers resolve & documenting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of issues within TRIRIGA

  • Analyze client needs, document business processes and system requirementsAs appropriate, may liaise with outside vendors to review functionality of the product, code development and acceptance

  • Functions as a in-between advocate for the business user and the TRIRIGA development team

  • Engage as a technical and business-savvy resource with Business Partners (BP), customers, internal and external (BPs) sales,

  • TRIRIGA development, Support and other key players within the TRIRIGA space

  • Lead or actively participate in client workshops, business requirements gathering meetings

  • Highlight areas of improvements within the TRIRIGA Product

  • Performance reviews of the product as deployed at customer sites and out of the box environment

  • Train other members of the Support and Development organizations in best practices for the TRIRIGA suite

  • Identify and influence the incorporation of new technologies into the overall TRIRIGA solution

  • Willing and able to travel to customer sites to resolve issues or problems in customer environments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3 – 4 years experience as a power user, developing or supporting the IBM TRIRIGA Suite. However, experience with other enterprise-class suites such as IBM Maximo may be considered including web based solutions for internetˇ

  • At least 3 years of experience enterprise applications

  • Experience with BIRT reports or other large data reports

  • Experience in performance and optimization of enterprise systems like TRIRIGA and/or Maximo

  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, application servers like IBM Websphere and Weblogic

  • Knowledge of TRIRIGA Workflows deployment and design

  • General software performance tuning and best practices skills

  • Understanding of various software/application development methodologies such as waterfall and agile

  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills

  • Extreme attention to detail and top organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Communication skills

  • Willing to travel to customer sites to resolve issues or problems in customer environments

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Experience or understanding of real estate, facilities management, maintenance and operations, capitol projects and condition assessments preferred

  • Experience with accounting/lease accounting or being a CPA is a huge plus

  • Certified in TRIRIGA Platform preferred
