Vendor Management Analyst (Mason, OH; Virginia Beach, VA; St. Louis, MO ) - PS8033

The Vendor Management Analyst is is responsible for supporting Pharmacy Contract Compliance and Audit. Assists in maintenance of vendor performance per accreditation, regulatory, contractual and corporate standards. Ensures vendor conformity to accreditation, regulatory and contractual requirements.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :

  • Identifies, monitors, revises and tracks vendor related processes to ensure compliance with all related accreditation, regulatory and contractual requirements.

  • Monitors vendor performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other vendor contractual commitments.

  • Partners with business units to ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

  • Facilitates tracking and reporting related to vendor and Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corrective action plans.

  • Develops an exception process to review RFP requests which do not align with pharmacy business unit standards.

  • Develops responses to RFP requests which align with pharmacy business unit standards and exception process.

  • Develops business level mapping and end-to-end requirements for implementation of pharmacy business unit contract management tool.

  • BS/BA in related field; MS/MBA or field related professional designation preferred.

  • 6+ years PBM or healthcare experience

  • Vendor management or oversight experience focused upon contractual obligations, tracking vendor performance and remediation of identified deficiencies.

  • Experience in performing large scale data and document analysis.

  • Expert level experience in utilizing Excel and/or Access to conduct large scale analysis and reporting.

  • Requires the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
