Also maintains operational level contact with top and high priority prospects and customers. Works directly with Treasury Services customers to implement new business for existing and new customers. Develops standard, and as required, custom implementation project plans and provides on-site technical implementation training. Provides quality control throughout implementation processes.The Treasury Implementation Specialist position is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of all Treasury products. IS's are expected to meet with their clients on a weekly basis during the implementation to execute the agreed upon contract, build relationships and ensure client satisfaction. In order to be successful, they will need to be well organized, able to work independently and capable of identifying and recommending appropriate solutions that may also require them to coordinate activities of multiple resources to ensure their clients’ objectives are met. As the IS, they are the primary point of contact, during the implementation process, to a variety of resources that will be needed in order to assist their clients’ in meeting their stated goals. The primary contacts within these accounts may include business owners, Treasurers, CFO’s, CEO’s, Accounts Payable Managers and Purchasing Managers. The complexity and size of the business or programs will vary depending upon the level of the position and the individual’s experience and skill set to handleIn all cases, Implementation Specialists have the ultimate responsibility for their clients; therefore, they must have strong analytical skills in order to create a defined project plan that matches the clients’ overall objectives and goals. In order to accomplish this task, they must be disciplined and also utilize exceptional written and oral communication skills, have strong interpersonal skills, be well organized, understand the importance of contract language, be knowledgeable regarding the products and services offered by Commerce Bank, understand Operating Rules, regulations and requirements as well as various modes of processing. Provide initial system training for customers new to either Commerce Bank or a Service, this final step will be important for measuring the success of the implementation and overall customer satisfaction.The Treasury Implementation Specialist will act as a liaison between our operational partners and our customers’ throughout the implementation process. This includes but is not limited to reviewing the accuracy of contract completion, and validate product setups, either through emulation or confirmation from Operations. Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations such as ACH, Electronic Banking, Wires, Lockbox, CRF Maintenance, Account Analysis, Commercial Customer Support, Information Technology and Transmissions.The Treasury Implementation Specialist will communicate primarily with the Sales Analyst, who will then loop in the Sales Officer when appropriate, this will ensure a complete and thorough implementation as well as transition accounts back to the respective portfolio for ongoing sales efforts. Each individual will be responsible for developing client by client project plans and meeting their commitments in their SLA plans as it relates to requirements gathering meetings, recurring calls, and other related program goals as needed by product and implementation type.Education:College degree with a preferred emphasis in business administration, finance or marketing required preferred.Preferred applicants will have: • 3-5 years commercial or Treasury experience in the areas of implementation, project management, sales or portfolio management• 4 years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)• 4 years business to business sales or support experience• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Excellent presentation skills• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills• Professional demeanor and appearance• Organized project management skills• PC proficiency• Previous accounting, marketing or software sales experience• General knowledge of commercial or consumer credit
