Proofpoint Sr. Digital Risk Program Manager in St. Louis, Missouri

The Role

The Sr. Digital Risk Program Manager will support our large enterprise financial services customers and will be specifically skilled in dealing with financial services social media for business use cases. This role will provide a tangible service that allows the customer to worry less about how to configure Proofpoint products and to focus more on their own internal issues.

Minimum requirements:

Being the direct link between Proofpoint and the customer, you will be required to work with compliance, marketing, and digital strategy teams to ensure customer satisfaction is kept at a high level. Communication and responsiveness is key!

  • Experience with the issues around financial services compliance and marketing

  • Knowledge of social media, marketing, or compliance tools

Duties to include:

  • Ensuring smooth communication channels between customer/support/PM/sales team

  • Hosting weekly status meetings with customer

  • Coordinating quarterly business review meetings with customer and broader team

  • Troubleshooting issues (failures, configuration issues, etc.) within the product

  • Monitoring for accounts that go out of compliance (usually due to authentication expiration)

  • Ad hoc training of customer team in all aspects of the product suite. Performing refresh training when required

Your day-to-day

  • Monitoring support and engineering tickets and updating customer in a timely fashion

  • Providing recommendations for customer account setup and when required, implementing these changes

  • Monitoring daily notifications and raising awareness for any that seem to be important/urgent.

  • Documenting customer feature requests & reporting timeline updates

What you bring to the team

  • Willingness to work with customers side-by-side to troubleshoot and solve problems

  • Work ethic where you do what you say you are going to do when you say you will do it

  • Preferred: Experience with project management or account management
