KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Production Support to join our KPMG Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide installation, maintenance, monitoring and support for DELTEK Costpoint 7.1, T&E, and IBM Cognos

  • Perform application upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery and DR Perform routine system maintenance procedures

  • Install and manage 3rd party vendor applications and dependent components, including packages that utilize IIS, Microsoft Reporting Services

  • Monitor Deltek application and take corrective action to prevent or minimize system downtime

  • Troubleshoot to resolve system related problems if necessary co-ordinate with third party vendors regarding problem resolution

  • Provide On-Call production support which may include off hours and weekend support for production emergencies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of Production Support experience working Windows Server operating system, SQL and application installations; basic knowledge of middleware systems is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working in a production support environment with providing On-Call support, including off hours and weekend support as necessary

  • Experience of working with Deltek Costpoint, Time & Expense and Costpoint Enterprise Reporting is preferred

  • Proficient in troubleshooting end user application issues

  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
