CACI International SLA Management Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Overseeing the collection, reporting, and analysis of SLA metrics

  • Responsible for monthly and ad hoc reporting for Senior Management and the Client

  • Identifying and coordinating changes and integrating to exceed customer expectations and meet SLA levels

  • Identifying metrics to be used to measure SLA across IT Service spectrum

  • Leading the efforts and process to gather and create ITSM Process requirements or process improvements

  • Leading process benchmarking to ensure fit for purpose and best in class process delivery / execution

  • Acting as the supportive source of knowledge for SLA

  • Works with operational and engineering organizations to implement SLA metrics

  • Supporting analysis of ITSM Process execution, efficiency, effectiveness, and process management activities

  • Working with process owners to implement and deploy changes

  • Leading the escalation / communication of risks and issues as appropriate

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience

  • 6+ years’ experience of related experience

  • Project management and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment and display initiative and motivation.

  • Familiarity with client’s processes and procedures and knowledge of their production systems.

  • Experience in enterprise application implementations and system integration projects.

  • Foundation level certification in ITILv3 or bridge course.

  • Exhibit excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience in technical operations at DOD agencies, particularly NGA and DIA
