E3 Government Consulting LLC. Senior Project Manager in St. Louis, Missouri

  • Shall possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients

  • Familiarity with USCG and Department of Defense security requirements.

  • Shall have experience working in an Information Technology environment similar in size (or larger) and scope to this award

  • Strong working knowledge of large, complex Information Technology environments

  • Exceptions may be made for specific individuals with specialized knowledge or skills in certain circumstances at the discretion of the Government

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and Project Management Professional(PMP) certification.

  • Substitution for Education: Minimum of ten years management experience.

  • Qualification: Shall have demonstrated a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.

  • The Contractor shall assign an individual to serve as a Project Manager for this effort. When possible, a single individual shall perform dual functions of Project Manager and Senior Functional Expert. This person shall be the single point of contact for the Award. The name of the Project Manager, and the name(s) of any alternate(s) who shall act for the Contractor in the absence of the Project Manager, shall be provided to the Government upon award:

  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing efforts in a similar sized services organization to USCG.

  • Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this PWS.

  • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices

  • Demonstrated experience in a DHS, USCG or Department of Defense Information Technology environment

  • Experience managing performance-based contract TOs and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

  • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management

  • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information

  • Management operations, and with ITSM best practices

Minimum certifications:

ITIL Foundation Certification
