Title: Senior Content Marketing Specialist

Market: Corporate Marketing

Location: St. Louis, MO

The Senior Content Marketing Specialist will strategize, manage and create compelling content to increase engagement using a variety of media, such as social media, blog posts, videos, surveys, email campaigns, and website content. This role reports to the CMO and will support a wide range of core marketing initiatives and objectives, including brand, thought leadership, and lead generation. This position supports strategic communication planning, brand management and the development of overall market planning, as well as individual campaigns to achieve programmatic objectives. This position will operate as part of the corporate marketing team and will also have responsibility for marketing support across the organization, as needed.

  • Lead the strategy, creation and execution of social media and content marketing campaigns within various platforms to build awareness, engage clients and partners and grow and retain our audience

  • Manage and engage in day-to-day activities including; writing and creating a wide variety of content, social media monitoring and real-time engagement, outreach efforts, reporting, etc. that drives awareness, thought leadership and demand for our services and solutions

  • Collaborate with CMO, market and division leaders to translate business objectives into comprehensive content strategies that bring to bear digital and social media content from development to distribution and promotion

  • Repurpose existing, high-value content to target different audiences and mediums

  • Develop, organize and maintain content calendar

  • Ensure all content is consistent with and supports the overall brand strategy and identity

  • Stay up to date on new content marketing and social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technical Writing, English or Journalism

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Content Marketing with an emphasis in Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics experience preferred

  • Content Management System (CMS) experience preferred

  • Experience in the ACEC industry a plus

  • Must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven written and editorial skills

  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work at a fast pace, unsupervised

  • Team player with positive attitude and ability to give and receive constructive criticism
