The Rental IT team is responsible for business solutions that support the Global Airport and Home City Rental business operations, including tablet and mobile solutions. In the Security Solutions Manager – in Rental IT Mobility team you will serve as a primary point of contact for all security related matters within the Rental Mobility department and act as a liaison between Security and Privacy/Compliance departments and the teams within your area of responsibility. You will be responsible for execution of strategy and policies defined by Security and Privacy/Compliance and embedding security solutions within your area. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and acknowledging risks, educating area stakeholders and escalating to senior leadership, as necessary. As a Security Solutions Manager, you will be required to ensure that risks are communicated and understood by decision makers and key constituents so that decisions are educated and made under full disclosure.

This role will also have leadership and managerial responsibilities for solution risk scanning and compliance for both the Rental Mobility and Vehicle Management.

  • Engage product owners and Enterprise Architects regarding information security issues

  • Translate emerging IT and business trends into meaningful risks and opportunities and educates others

  • Consider how current business operations create value and risk for the organization

  • Create awareness and educate area leadership on identified threats and escalate risks to senior leadership, if necessary.

  • Actively and professionally drive conversations to confirm risk decisions

  • Serve as an early warning system for Security to learn of critical changes in process, behavior, or in the business.

  • Own security tool results within area and guide development teams on how to best utilize the tools

  • Must possess a solid understanding of EHI IT product portfolio, EHI business operations and an awareness of the need to balance internal and external drivers when translating needs into solutions

  • Basic knowledge of IT Security considerations is strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4 year university; Master’s preferred; and/or equivalent in experience/education combined
