Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is located in IBM offices in Austin, Texas, or in New York. No remote opportunities exist. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
IBM's Response Lead Management (RLM) Community Leader is tasked with fostering a strong RLM Guild Community across IBM to improve marketing campaign yield by optimizing our first touch, first experience and ensuring the quickest path to lead/win conversion. This position will support IBM’s RLM Governance Board and take day to day functional guidance from the CHQ RLM Guild Leader.
Help lead the RLM Community, making sure that management system is well implemented (e.g. 3 in a box), and that new features are executed in time across all BUs, Geos and Markets
Advise RLM members on evolutions of RLM, including Marketing and Digital Development Rep (DDR) community
Maintain communication with each member of the community to provide information, and also listening of issues and best practices
Organize RLM monthly community call agenda and execute calls with stakeholders
Lead specific workstreams with agreement of CHQ RLM Guild Leader
Support overall CHQ RLM Governance management system and reporting including bi-weekly RLM performance analyses for executive stakeholder meetings

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
7+ years of marketing experience with deep understanding of performance marketing and IBM (Marketing) systems, analytics tools and structure
5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives to completion across multiple functions, BUs & Geos/Markets
5+ years performing marketing or business related data analyses with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful information as business workflows and deliverables
5+ years of experience communicating effectively with all levels of Marketing and Sales leadership
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
2+ years of experience as a campaign manager, DDR, or RLM Leader
2+ years of experience in Geo Marketing and understanding differences of cultures
2+ years of experience working closely with Business leaders (Sales)
2+ years effectively and enthusiastically teach new approaches/methods to a broad set of resources of varying skill levels
