Our client is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Lead will elevate our team of analysts, engineers, and scientists who leverage data from numerous sources to provide dashboards and reports to multiple stakeholders including the senior and executive sales channel owners and operations teams. The ideal candidate enjoys coordinating efforts, building processes, maintaining strong communication lines while working in a fast-paced, tumultuous environment. This person should also have a talent for uncovering the “whys” beneath requests and keeping both the big and small pictures in mind.

Day to Day responsibilities include:

-Working directly with the sales channel’s business owner to identify, report, track and deliver reporting requirements.

-Mining data from a variety of sources owned by different organizations within the Enterprise. Sources include application logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, data lakes, marts and warehouses

-Designing, implementing and updating complex Alteryx work flows to process information from multiple sources.

-Designing and developing visually appealing and contextually meaningful reports and dashboards that will be reviewed by senior leadership.

-Partnering with internal and external teams to provide insights that result in the resolution of chronic issues impacting online sales metrics.

-Maintaining and enhancing our analytics solutions.

-Submitting tickets and engaging process and data management teams to gain access to data stores and data lakes.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred

-Must have a minimum of 5 years data analysis experience using data blending and ETL tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Stitch, DataStage, Tableau, Informatica, Spotfire or similar BI tools

-Application development or data engineering experience including at least one year working with statistical models or AI development

-Advanced level expertise with Tableau and Alteryx

-Proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract data

-Python scripting experience a plus

-Fluency in R, Java, or JavaScript is a plus

-Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

-Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
