This is a challenging position with several opportunities for career advancement and will require direct interaction with customers, sales, and other members of the Professional Services organization. The objectives for the position are to ensure that our customers are overly satisfied with their WWT experience. The candidate filling this position must be able to effectively present WWT's value proposition and work directly with our customers and Sales organization to ensure success.

Candidates must have excellent Business Management skills and experience. The ability to effectively manage the Professional Services P&L will also be required for the position.

  • Monitor/manage the day-to-day aspects of projects

  • Proper staffing & utilization management

  • Issue resolution and risk mitigation

  • Continued focus on methodologies & process improvement

  • Review of project deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, PMP, or extended management experience preferred

  • 1-3 years experience at the Program Management level, with experience leading at least one enterprise-class program in excess of $1M

  • Minimum of 5 years management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interact with Sales, Professional Services and Customers Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle, issue and risk management and mitigation strategies Ability to tactfully and professionally address customer issues

  • Ability to work independently and have good issue resolution skills

  • Knowledge of core OEM (Cisco, Netapp, EMC, VMware) technologies and deployment practices preferred

  • Strong presence and credibility working with customers, partners, and internal resources

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to implement change

  • Ability to tactfully and professionally address customer issues

  • Understanding of financial processes. Able to create pro formas, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.

  • Understanding of the contract process-Able to manage contract modifications, and take the lead on negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and commitments

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and have good issue resolution skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

  • Valid driver's license ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BY VERTICAL: Federal

  • Good understanding of Federal customers

  • Experience in Federal RFI/RFP response process

  • Excellent understanding of financial and Federal contract processes

  • Sound knowledge of FAR and DFAR ( Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation

  • Able to manage contract modifications and lead of negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule
