PTE Field Engineer – Entry Level
This position is based in our St. Louis, MO POWER Testing & Energization (PTE) office and the work is located throughout the Central and East regions.
Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:
Support testing and commissioning of Protection and Control systems on high voltage substations
Technical and Safety Development
Support the process of Field Reports.
Perform clerical responsibilities such as time cards, expense reports and project reports.
Required Education/Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an Entry Level Field Engineer with excellent attitude and communication skills and willingness to travel throughout the US territory, attention to detail and quality of work.
Good interpersonal, written and oral, communication skills.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills, and ability to perform mathematical calculations and working knowledge of computer systems.
Administrative software: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Some experience in managing electrical drawings.
Desired Education/Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Technology degree in similar discipline
