Advanced ICU Care Project Manager in St. Louis, Missouri
Hicuity Health, the leading high acuity telemedicine provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team of high performing professionals as a Project Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the project development, planning, management and tracking of multiple client related and internal facing projects. Projects are generally client-facing service implementations and application updated requiring cross-departmental collaboration and some general knowledge of IT systems, software and hardware. This individual will work from our office in St. Louis, MO.

Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Account Manager, Sales-team handoff, key department stakeholders, Senior management, and project team(s) at client sites
Create a detailed project plan in collaboration with multiple departments which identifies and sequences the activities and task dependencies needed to successfully complete the project
Determine and manage task durations and dependencies, resources, schedules and project risks to keep projects on task and completed timely
Routinely review the project schedule with stakeholders, senior management and all other staff that will be impacted by the project activities
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
Coordinate, and lead regularly scheduled, conference calls to review status with internal stakeholders and with client personnel to drive project progress
Forecast and track project costs
Report project status for individual projects
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, IT, or related field
5+ years direct work experience in project management role
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with numerous stakeholders
Exceptional people skills and ability to represent Hicuity Health to clients
Excellent communication skills to executive audiences
Able to communicate and translate complex concepts into understandable and manageable information
Ability to adapt to change with project timelines and resources, and to drive problem resolution to help maintain project completion goals and objectives
Knowledge of project management tools and technique
Knowledge of information technology systems, software, and hardware preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
