Manage and monitor the health of your team's project portfolio.
Provide coaching and mentoring to improve the team's performance in overall project management.
Ability to build a high performing team with high morale
Work directly with Sales, Project Coordinators, and deployment resources to ensure flawless execution of our implementations.
Drive schedule, scope and milestone performance within the PMO.
Monitor and manage the day to day aspects of projects with the PMO, communicating regularly with management, and taking appropriate action when necessary to ensure the success of all projects.
Ensure the delivery of Customer Delight in all customer engagements.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with PMO Managers, area Business Managers and Account Managers in your region.
Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO methodology while focusing on process improvement.
Project Coordination and project experience required
Understanding of financial processes, and an ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
Working knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
Experience in leading and influencing small teams
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problem solving skills
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
Exposure to information technology systems integration projects
CCENT or CCNA certification
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Microsoft Visio
