S2 Analytical Solutions LLC Program Office Support in St. Louis, Missouri

Program Office Support

Clearance: TS/SCI required

Location: St. Louis, MO

Experience: 20 years’ overall experience; 15 years’ specialized experience

Duties may include:

  • Participating in Governance Boards, Working Groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and studies as

  • Facilitating transformation of an Enterprise Program Management Office-like culture with associated workflow approaches utilizing industry best

  • Providing detailed information for updates to the project, initiative, and portfolio level reporting

  • Conducting trend analysis of services offered to include how often services are used, how they are accessed and why customers use the

  • Conducting risk analysis of current programs as well as new

  • Collaborating with the Integration line of service to assess office health and determine appropriate services and process to terminate, consolidate or

  • Providing program support by tracking and reporting program metrics including usage, cost, capabilities and requirements and coordinate reporting on cost, schedule and

  • Leveraging data analytics to prioritize current and desired programs and capabilities, include recommending adjustments to the business

  • Identifying and documenting technical standards to enable consistency and clarity across the initiative, and support Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) development and

  • Comprehensive understanding of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) methodologies in order to identify programmatic efficiencies and process

  • Achieving designated quality objectives associated with data, products, and services by advocating various DMAIC tools and strategies to the

  • Implementing and leading data driven improvement cycle processes by employing DMAIC approach in order to improve and optimize business practices and

  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching current process improvement SMEs as they manage DMAIC projects and

  • Provide orientations and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training.

  • Mentor LSS candidates.

  • Assist personnel with LSS projects.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

  • Experience utilizing the Critical Path Method (CPM) to manage a fully sequenced, resource loaded project

  • Experience conducting risk management for technical, business and programmatic risks or

  • Experience implementing risk handling techniques and communicating results with recommended mitigation

  • Comprehensive understanding of DMAIC practices and

  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt or higher.
