What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for planning, directing, reporting, and coordinating day to day program activities.
Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers/technical leads in ways that promote the company's culture and will be an excellent leader in managing a staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.

Manage a skilled team of engineers and interact directly with senior customer leadership daily.
Act as an authorized agent with the client regarding contract activities and programmatic contract and program performance.
Perform Project Monitoring and Control, Quarterly Reviews, Project/Resource planning, team tasking, managing direct reports, and functional/operational deployment.
Oversee program risk and issue reporting, maintain excellent customer interfacing and communication, completion of key milestones, deliverables, work products, and timely required internal/external reports.
Perform direct resource management and matrix planning for organic resources and sub-contract resources.
Provide final review and approval on all contract deliverables to either the contracting officer, the contracting officer representative or, the integrated operational program manager.
Develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a pragmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns to quickly and proactively identify and resolve.
Manage Requirements/concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success.
More About the Role:
As a Program Manager, you must have proven experience leading large programs of more than $20M/year and accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria, contractual due dates for service delivery, and successful overall project completion, coordinating activities in support of project activities and teams
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
ACTIVE Top Secret / SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Engineering or Computer Science), or related scientific/technical discipline and
10 + years related leadership experience; or MA/MS in fields described above and
8+ years related leadership experience
Must have previous experience providing technical support for the NGA
Experience in organically growing program and/or portfolio revenue larger than $200 M
Experience in Project supervisory/execution experience including supervising over 200 FT personnel and scheduling work.
Experience working on programs requiring the design, requirements definition, development, test and evaluation, and deployment of software applications.
Extensive experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Self-starter and able to negotiate with customers directly.
Experience participating in the development of proposals (technical and cost).
Experience supervising projects and execution including supervising personnel and scheduling work.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Active TS/SCI with Poly
3+ years’ experience leading agile teams
Experience in AWS
