The Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the development of a comprehensive strategic plan across clinical, operations, finance and IT teams. This role will focus on developing key data-driven insights and instill frameworks to achieve optimal outcomes. The team will provide recommendations to leadership based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal process improvement. This role will dually report to the Director of Strategy and VP of New Business Development. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Supports the development of the strategic planning reporting process and facilitates the collection, aggregation and visual representation of large complex data sets
Manages the monthly dashboarding and reporting activities
Meets with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between overall business goals and functional area initiatives
Performs industry research, competitive intelligence and financial modeling for executive level presentations
Creates a project plan to outline all steps needed to introduce new products from initial ideation to end user execution
Consulting experience with clinical guidelines and/or medical cost initiatives
Proficient in data visualization and data automation tools
Ability to aggregate large complex data sets
Requires BS in business related discipline and 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible planning, budget management, and/or project management experience in Finance or Operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Should be proficient in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, and have excellent communications skills including the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
