Fiserv Product Manager, Sr in St. Louis, Missouri

This role can be remote anywhere in the US

What does a great Product Manager, Sr do?

• Responsible for creating and developing new product ideas and provide full ownership of product management launch activities including, developing requirements, business case, manage release features, performing acceptance testing, product marketing and launch for Fiserv's cash forecasting solution

• Work closely with the Product Management and Sales team to provide full support of all business development activity

• Responsible for aligning Cash and Logistics capabilities (products and services) with client business requirements

• Participate in the completion of submitted RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, discovery and requirements gathering, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and design solution proposals.

• Configure applications and prepare product demonstrations, prototyping, benchmarking, and proof of concept presentations

• Work with other teams within Fiserv to communicate current market and business process information that is critical to maintaining a strategic, competitive, and valuable solution (i.e., Marketing, Product Development, and Delivery Services)

• Work with existing customers to ensure Likely To Recommend, to develop a reference base, and to ensure product satisfaction

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years Product Management experience in software solutions

• Prior financial services industry experience a plus

• Experience in the cash management industry, knowledge of Fiserv's ICM product is a plus

• Broad business acumen, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Robust, compelling communication skills and ability to clearly demonstrate software solutions across a range of technical and business users (Operations to Executive Level)

• Ability to confirm solution fit and to identify customer specific benefits that will help to contribute a unique business value offering

• Ability to understand and articulate customer business requirements and develop the corresponding proposal design

• Strong leadership, management, and collaboration capabilities to lead cross-functional teams to perform product management responsibilities

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Perform periodic reviews of customer needs, identifying potential issues and new sales opportunities

• Manage product release cycles and customer commitments

• Strong presentation, technical, and sales skills

• Proficient level of database script creation, query formulation, and programming aptitude a plus

• Ability to create database queries (SQL) and technical knowledge of networking and operating systems a plus

• Proven use of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

• Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally

• Responsive, reliable, and results oriented

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including nights or weekends as required
