Electric Power Systems Operations Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri

General Purpose:

The Operations Analyst will understand Month End financial statements and the underlying data in order to provide analysis for major financial statement categories, such as project summary, utilization, KPI’s, and EBITDA. The Financial Analyst will develop data and information systems in order to support Sales, Finance, and Operations in decision making.

COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $75,000

  • Develop, maintain, and execute critical documents, agreements, and databases

  • Understanding of foundational business concepts (e.g., EBITDA, market segmentation) and the primary KPIs/levers associated with each

  • Partner with CEO to complete ad-hoc organizational and “big picture” projects as well as organizing the data

  • Conduct research and analysis to create various reports, presentations to support strategic initiatives

  • Coordinate internal and external company events and meetings

  • Must have a Strong Excel skill

  • Understand how to Analyze the quarterly and monthly financial reports

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with knowledge of Accounting and MIS. An advanced degree is preferred

  • Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience which includes:

  • Must be able to process large amounts of data, influence others and drive cross-functional alignment and be able to communicate at various levels within the Organization

  • Able to work in a fast paced team environment while managing personal schedule and exhibit flexibility to support multiple projects while meeting deadlines

  • Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and organizational skills

  • Strong results orientation and work ethic; Able to work independently

  • Proficiency with Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other MS office tools is essential
