What You Will Do
As a part of the Marketing and Communications team, the Marketing Strategy Managerwill lead the execution of effective omni-channel marketing campaigns utilizing SalesforceMarketing Cloud. The manager will support the marketing strategy and campaign developmentteam to realize a campaign from brief to execution of tactics. The ideal candidate will be aSalesforce expert with experience working with large brands, understands technical concepts,has a strong attention to detail and collaborates well with a large team.
Effectively execute marketing strategies within a marketing automation platform with a focus on patient acquisition, retention and nurturing
Respond to recommendations and insights from marketing campaign performance to continuously optimize and reimagine campaign tactics
Responsible for making recommendations around how to be leverage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to enable campaign strategies
Recommend and deploy CRM-testing strategies to continuously optimize response
Act as a liaison between the marketing and technology teams with the ability to communicate and understand technical implications of SFMC and how it impacts campaign delivery
Understand first and third party data and data integration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Understand Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s components and how they work together to support an omni-channel campaign
Conducts weekly meetings with marketing leadership to review the status of in-flight requests in addition to the forecast of upcoming requests
Strong project management skills and experience
Self-motivated and driven
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and solve problems quickly
Meticulous and task-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high- profile marketing projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Google Docs/Sheets
What You Will Need
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or similar highly desired
3 years of experience required.
5 years of marketing strategy experience preferred
1 year of leadership or management experience preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly desired
