Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Marketing Operations Professional Intern for the Content Governance & Support team within Digital Technical Engagement, your job will enable stakeholders and leaders to make the right decisions to drive the business to succeed through operational excellence. You will influence organizational models, content planning, contribution & support processes and systems, Technical Seller enablement & communications, and take on special projects to help influence organizational excellence and innovation.
Marketing Operations Professional Intern you will:
Manage short-term projects needed to evolve our business
Perform research & analysis and present findings to leadership
Assist in developing materials for presentations, projects, and communications
Stand-in where needed on content Governance & Support deliverables
Who you are:
Excellent multi-tasking & prioritization skills: You are highly motivated and can manage multiple projects and tasks where stringent deadlines need to be met
Strong project management skills: You can use agile methods to track major initiatives, their status, and due dates, plus elevate status to leadership
Good Communication skills: You thrive on collaboration, working side by side with people of all backgrounds and disciplines, and you have very strong written communication skills – being able to get a message across to the team and leaders is essential
Good fact-checking skills: You have strong attention to detail, with the ability to do meet collective goals and deadlines and maintain strong relationships across the organization
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of Trello or other project management tracking tools
