Job Description

The Marketing Project Coordinator is part of The Studio at http://www.thestudiorealestate.com – the largest dedicated real estate marketing agency in the country, which supports Coldwell Banker Realty, the Coldwell Banker brand and its franchises, and special Realogy marketing projects. The Marketing Project Coordinator will report to the Manager of National Awards and Agent Recognition and is responsible for supporting the Coldwell Banker Awards Program and other highly visible national programs and individual launches. The ideal candidate will coordinate this highly visible program and will need to be able to identify project goals and objectives, engage in project related work and budgeting, and align it with strategy and deliverables. Coordinator will also work closely with other departments for support and will ensure each project is delivered on schedule with the utmost quality.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking

  • Ability to react quickly to change and keep calm under tight deadlines

  • Excellent time management skills; working with employees, business partners and management, often spinning multiple plates at once

  • Analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis

  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and project management tools with an expert MS Excel skillset

  • This position is 100% remote. Ability to operate and create measurable results in a minimally supervised environment. Must be able to juggle multiple ongoing projects while moving them all forward and meeting daily deadlines, able to manage own workload without constant supervision and direction and flexible enough to work on other projects as needed.#LI-HW1 #LI-REMOTE
