KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Systems & Infrastructure Administration to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Manage a server run team in support of the administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of server infrastructure hosting Enterprise Applications
Resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; collaborate with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions
Interface with business clients and technology staff to implement solutions that meet business needs and addresses impact of new or revised applications on existing infrastructure; including the installation and testing of new enterprise system software and hardware releases
Understand, support and contribute to the improvement of the Windows server environments and strategies
Facilitate generation and/or implementation of new ideas for enhancements and improvements
Provide on-call, 24X7 support, as required
Minimum of five years of experience in supporting various large enterprise class solutions and services including Windows server administration and security issue remediation
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Experience operating in a large enterprise environment and understanding the implementation of systems at scale
Technical skills in various editions of ESX/VSphere and UCS platform administration, Windows Server operating systems including Administration and Clustering with working knowledge of Powershell, SolarWinds and Splunk
Strong verbal/written communication, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate, and foster the development of high performance teams, possess strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
U.S citizenship is required
