KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Practice Operations to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Work with Technology leaders to help execute strategic initiatives; Coordinate tactical action plans of the group based on changing business needs, objectives and strategies
Operate with leaders to define, document and execute a seamless operating workflow for the group; Help manage the cadence of leadership and review meetings and other communications within the group to ensure information is shared across teams and across locations
Attend key meetings, documenting key information and required action items; Support group's offsite meetings and other key events
Work with Technology leaders to identify operational best practice and help implement across the group
Gather and analyze relevant metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met; Review with leadership to determine what tactical operational changes can be made to influence achievement of objectives
Serve as point for coordinating cross tower organizational practice support (i.e. training events and productivity reporting)
Minimum five years of experience in one or more business related areas including Finance, Human Resources, Resource Management, Information Technology or general business operations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to Executive level management
Excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
Able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
