KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Engineering to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.


  • Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of current industry directions and trends while driving to deliver technology and products in the roadmap on schedule, and with the highest quality standards

  • Provide advice, guidance and direction to carry out plans and procedures

  • Ensure product development process adherence, performance and budget targets are met

  • Provide last tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis

  • Understand the Operations and Architecture of the massaging systems and recommend ways to enhance productivity and visibility through automation

  • Work closely with internal automation and Engineering teams to gather requirements and build/deploy appropriate tools


  • Minimum five years of experience in an IT environment, managing and supporting projects

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

  • Extensive experience in large deployment of Exchange 2016 platform

  • Experience with Office 365 migrations and familiarity with operating Exchange 2016 platform across multiple sites

  • Prior knowledge with PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
