Title: Analytics Specialist Intern
Market: Corporate - Business Development
Location: St. Louis, MO
As an Analytics Specialist Intern, this role will collect and analyze statistical data related to industry trends, competitors, strategies and more and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
Develop an understanding of business objectives and industry analytics to discover prospective clients’ preferences
Measure effectiveness of current marketing and business development strategies
Compile and analyze market research data through modern and traditional methods
Gather information related to industry competitors’ trends and marketing strategies, business models, sales methods, and more
Collect, organize and perform data analysis utilizing data from public and private sources to include Ross & Baruzzini’s CRM
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations on ways to increase industry presence and business development standards
Present findings through charts, graphs and other visual means
Stay abreast on market trends and best practices
Work closely with Chief Commercial Officer on strategies and best practices
Must be currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Math, Market Research or related field with an accredited university
Ability to interpret market research and data analytics
Strong communication and presentation skills
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
Experience using various search engines and MS Office
