IngenioRx Digital Content Strategy Manager
Responsible for overseeing the creation and publication of content for multiple channels.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Supervises the conception and development of new content ideas.
Analyzes related data and provides reporting and recommendations to optimize content performance, while ensuring quality and consistency over time.
Drives the enterprise level content experience strategy and oversees Content Management Systems (CMS) platform to ensure adherence to industry best practices and scalability specific to the company's digital property needs.
Works with Digital Product Managers to define the holistic user experience and requirements for the CMS tooling.
Works with respective business partners to understand their objectives and come up with optimized strategy and solutions leveraging a CMS.
Direct and supervise the conception and development of new content.
Provides data-based reports and recommendations to optimize content performance and guide content strategy.
Provides instruction on digital content best practices and may write original content, coordinate and edit content authored by others.
Curate source content as necessary.
May develop and maintain the content plan, own and manage content maintenance plan to ensure content supports strategy.
Approve and publish content in automated workflow and oversee workflow process enhancements.
Contributes to a core centers of excellence for digital content.
Work location: Office in one of the following locations: Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Minneapolis, MN; New York; New Jersey; St. Louis, MO; Boston, MA
Requires a BA/BS in related field and 5-7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Managed care experience preferred.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Video editing experience a plus.
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience a plus.
Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint preferred.
