Implementation Consultant

Position Summary:

The Implementation Consultant is a critical member of client facing project teams. This individual works directly with internal and external clients at all levels of the organization to ensure successful implementations that are executed effectively and on schedule. Implementation Consultants define the specific business requirements and goals of each client, work to configure the ADSP platform, and train end users. Implementation Consultants find solutions to complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions that will transform the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as project subject matter expert for the Accountable Delivery System Platform (ADSP) and educate clients on platform functionality

  • Identify and document client business and technical requirements for the ADSP through client interviews and coordinating with internal clinical and consulting teams

  • Develop ADSP configuration recommendations that support unique, client-specific requirements and goals

  • Facilitate client calls and in-person meetings

  • Present ADSP functionality to senior level clients and foster relationships with client executive teams

  • Coordinate with QA on E2E Client Test Plan and test cases

  • Assist with UAT test plan and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could impede project success

  • Train clients on the use of the ADSP and lead client User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Partner with account management team to drive adoption and to ensure client satisfaction

  • Work with cross functional team to ensure project success

  • Act as client advocate to collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to define, develop, and implement new functionality

  • Collaborate in the ongoing development of project deliverables and training materials

  • Maintain and share business and technical expertise with clients and other staff

  • Provide ongoing technical and business support of the ADSP

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could impede project success

Experience, Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in healthcare, technology, business, or relate field required, Masters Degree preferred

  • 5-7 years of experience in implementation

  • Experience in the healthcare industry in a technical capacity (EMRs, HIEs etc.) highly preferred

  • Experience with customer facing businesses analysis and/or project management

  • Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing solutions

  • Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent project tasks and competing priorities

  • Good customer interaction skills and the ability to present complex information to both business and technical audiences

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities

  • Detail oriented; able to work independently and set priorities

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to travel nationally up to 50% - 60%
