Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM is seeking an Offer Manager. In this role, you will help clients determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. You will use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements, and tools to analyze the clients' business issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. You must understand key security and privacy issues, risks, exposures, and vulnerabilities using workshops and assessments and develop security and privacy programs to meet clients' business needs. You will also architect secure solutions to address specific security and privacy requirements. While leading a functional team to drive successful outcomes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in security services

  • 5+ years of experience working with Chief Information Security Officers and teams

  • 5+ years of experience planning and implementing security strategies

  • 5+ years assisting in the development of the project and managed services

  • 5+ years of general cloud services experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 5 years of:

  • Experience in Security, Cloud Consulting, Implementation, and Managed Services. Knowledge of the newest cloud-based security technologies and Software Based (SD) functionalities

  • Experience in leveraging Design thinking methodology

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work well independently or within a team, particularly cross-functional teams

  • Non-technical: Financial Modeling (cost models), Business Case, Contracting and Legal (basic understanding)
