HRIS Specialist

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the administrative and end user support of our HR system platforms including but not limited to: Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking and Absence modules. This role provides ongoing systems support and is responsible for data accuracy, problem solving, reporting, data analysis and auditing. This position also supports the overall human resource department as it relates to system and process improvement.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the HRIS Manager in day-to-day operations of Workday including system maintenance, configuration, reporting and analysis, and issue resolution for core HR, compensation, benefits, on-boarding and recruitment modules.

  • Ensure data integrity of the HRIS systems through audit, review, updates and maintenance.

  • Develop recommendations, make suggestions and assist with implementing process and system enhancements.

  • Create, run, maintain and distribute routine and ad hoc reports. Propose and develop reporting and analyses that empower our users to make more informed business decisions.

  • Drive adoption through company-wide education and communication

  • Take ownership of problems and use initiative to investigate and provide resolution

  • Provide HRIS support to HR and Payroll colleagues and end-user population

  • Process employee salary and organizational changes; investigate and resolve data integrity issues

  • Play an integral part of the annual performance/salary review process and the bonus and commission process

  • Maintain security, employee and manager roles and perform password resets

  • Thoroughly document procedures and workflows
