IBM Global MSS Client Services Executive in St Louis, Missouri
As the Global MSS Client Services Executive, you will transform the Global MSS client management function with focus on building consistency and strong account governance with the global client base, ultimately demonstrating value of our services, creating promoters and growing accounts. You will be responsible for executing, transforming and creating consistent and repeatable best practices for the client management organization. You will partner with leaders in other geographies both in Managed Security Services and the broader Security Services organizations to establish alignment, adoption and implementation of best practices with the focus on client retention and client delight. You work closely with the senior leadership team to identify ways to support the global MSS and Security Services strategy and mission. Additionally, you will provide leadership to the organization, collaborate across teams on initiatives to improve business objectives and better integration for client delivery, as well as identify, set, and oversee strategic initiatives within client service management.
Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Security Services seeks to hire an experienced leader who has successfully managed complex, global projects and managed resources and teams. The individual shall have a high energy level, excellent communication skills.
The individual should also possess the following:
· Strong organization, leadership, and team collaboration
· Ability to identify areas of improvement to align with business goals and priorities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to develop strong relationships across global teams
· Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a large organization and matrix environment
· Ability to travel as needed
· English: Fluent
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or similar work experience
At least 4 years in Client Management
At least 3 years experience in Leadership and Management
At least 2 years experience in Service Delivery
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 4 years experience in Leadership and Management
At least 3 years experience in Service Delivery
