Monsanto Global Business Process Operations Systems Senior Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri

The Global Business Process Operations Systems Senior Analyst will be responsible to drive best in class processes and standards, analyze process improvements and systems to improve the efficiency of the Operations and Support teams within The Climate Corporation. In this role, the ideal candidate will have the responsibility to analyze, document and organize requirements and solutions and work closely with the Engineering organization to enhance existing tools and identify new tools as needed.

The role will be part of the Global Business Operations leadership team (GBO), a team that includes Sales Operations, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Order Placement and Renewals, and will report to the Global Business Operations lead. The GBO team operates in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running managing multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work and enabling the GBO solutions to extend across global geographies and varying customer segments (Farmers, Dealers and Partners).

Success in this role includes a focus on bridging the gap between the Engineering team and the Global Business Operations team leads, while working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and to ensure process intersections are smooth and defined.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaborative efforts with business leaders across Climate Global Business Operation Leads, Marketing, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, propose solutions and support implementation of customer focused systems.

  • Gather business requirements, provide clear documentation and gain alignment across key stakeholders.

  • Drive the implementation of best practice processes and systems across Operations and Support.

  • Identify trends and operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results. Work with business stakeholders to identify a range of options and then drive implementation of best-in-class solutions.

  • Drive evaluation of different tools and executing technical feasibility assessments. Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed.

  • Participate in the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to system adjustment, testing and change management ensuring that solutions meet the global business requirements.

  • Drive and influence the ordering and support systems required for Climate global expansion. Includes preparing for in-country meetings with Commercial and Engineering stakeholders, prepare system training if needed, discuss current system functionality and make recommendations, and ensuring that all countries follow consistent global systems that have been implemented.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Six or more years of work experience with Operations and or Customer Service business systems, and leading projects

  • Experience in contact-center environment required

  • Significant experience with Salesforce required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some travel required, including international: 25%.

  • Experience as Salesforce Admin level.

  • Experience in contact-center environment required.

  • Demonstration of influence and collaboration in a matrix environment in prior experience is required. Experience leading people indirectly with influence to achieve business outcomes.

  • Knowledge of the Ag Business or comparable experience is a plus.

  • Strong business acumen and passion for big picture understanding to identify areas of improvements, especially customer touch points within Customer Service.

  • Hands-on experience with omni channel enablement (phone, email, text, chat, social media).

  • Identifies and satisfies the needs of external and internal customers. Continually searches for ways to provide value-added solutions for customers.

  • High level of demonstrated project management and organizational skills with a strong process optimization focus.

  • Strong communication skills to resolve issues, facilitate meetings and influence others, including senior leaders, across the organization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and team orientation/collaboration skills are required.
