Job Description

Unbridled is looking for a talented individual to support our internal Event Tech team with registration site edits, reporting, data management, email campaigns in Cvent, and overall attendee management. The self-motivated candidate will support edits and data entry in mobile apps and virtual platforms. The qualified Event Tech Coordinator should have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and internal and external customer service skills. The individual should be self-motivated, committed, and a dedicated team player. Strong organizational and time management skills combined with flexibility and the ability to adjust priorities are required for success in this position. Successful candidates will have the following:

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment, hospitality industry, or event planning role

  • Basic registration website or virtual event building experience is a plus

  • Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Detail-oriented and enjoys problem solving

  • Effective, professional business communication skills – written and spoken

  • Comfort level and required professionalism to work directly with client contacts during all phases of the planning and execution of their meeting

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Quick learner, organized, and ability to apply new concepts to future tasks

  • Ability to travel to client programs and confidently represent Unbridled and our clients

What you would be doing at Unbridled:

  • Manage ongoing projects simultaneously with tight deadlines

  • Collaborate with Project Managers on reporting, data management, and data analysis

  • Event registration, mobile app, and virtual platform responsibilities:

  • Assist in the build, testing, and launch of program websites utilizing registration software

  • Source images and content for registration sites

  • Assist with gamification in the mobile app and virtual platform

  • Tech support for the registration site, mobile app, and virtual platform

  • Create and provide attendee reports for Account and Program Managers and clients

  • Support Account teams with crosschecks as needed and data quality control

  • Communicate directly with attendees (email, phone, in-person)

  • Provide outstanding client service always, even under stress

  • Proofread emails, websites, and spreadsheets on a regular basis

  • Travel onsite to execute small event technology needs

  • Support Event Tech team on other projects and tasks as needed
