TierPoint, LLC Disaster Recovery Team Lead in St. Louis, Missouri

We are seeking a highly skilled, professional Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, you will oversee our customer support for the team. Selected individual will work collaboratively with multiple internal teams to provide the highest level of support to our internal and external customers. This position is the frontline for our business.

  • Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.

  • Foster, build, personify, and mentor team on corporate and Managed Services Vision.

  • Foster, build, personify, and mentor team on corporate and Managed Services culture.

  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting

  • High touch mentoring with staff in a team focused environment

  • Maintain excellent ticket response times, foster team ownership in the ticket environment, and high team ownership in quality ticket work.

  • Oversee team members workload and adjust as required.

  • Regularly scheduled 1:1’s with all staff

  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures

  • Works closely with technology vendors to ensure adequate levels of support

  • Ability to work in a changing and active environment

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Four or more years of experience particularly in the data center industry

  • Three or more years of experience with replication technologies (Zerto, Veeam, Azure Site Recovery Manager, Carbonite/Doubletake)

  • Four or more years of experience with Virtualization Hypervisor (VMWare, HyperV)

  • Three or more years of networking experience
