Position Purpose:The purpose of the Director Hire-to-Retire PBS is to be a change agent in leading the development, operations and innovation of the HR operations and payroll capabilities in the PBS and to manage them efficiently, effectively, compliantly and with scalability.Principal Responsibilities:Work effectively with VP PBS and key stakeholders to develop a vision of HTR relative to best practices, leading technology, policy, data analytics, employee skills, and overall value to the business.Embed the principles of the global Target Operating Model (TOM) within HTR and PBS.Assemble, train and lead a team of process owners who understand and will enhance the PBS shared services journey and model.Lead the identification of areas that could benefit from or fit well in the end-to-end or Centers of Excellence PBS service model.Define and execute customer strategy to ensure responsibility compliance by all parties and service satisfaction; to include implementation and management of Service Level Agreements and Performance Scorecards.Keep up to date on shared services, technology and process trends to drive best practices and standardization of HTR services globally; to include working with the BUs to identify future service opportunities and develop the transition roadmap for those services into the PBS.Develop and monitor key HTR metrics for each significant function or process that drive service, resource usage, and control; to include reporting performance to staff, PBS leadership, end users and customers.Demonstrate strong governance and assurance for the performance of HTR including continuous improvement, issues escalation, service responsiveness, financial opportunities, business continuity, internal audit designated fundamental controls, and data security and compliance.Leverage technology solutions to digitize, automate and make scalable HTR transactions and overall operations, specifically PBS and HRs HCM technology vision involving SuccessFactors.Be responsible for employee development of HTR staff.Develop budgets, financial analysis and staffing plans that ensure the success of the HTR team, and demonstrate ROI and cost efficiency thus justifying PBS existence.Employ project and change management skills in the successful delivery of initiatives per budget, timeline, resourcing, and intended operational/ financial impact.Implement or complete service management tools to support PBS HTR operation including ServiceNow, UPerform, Service Catalog etc.Job Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; Masters degree preferred10 years of experience leading human resources initiatives linking human capital to strategic business results10 years of experience leading large administrative/transactional back offices and/or shared services operationsKnowledge of, a vision for and the ability to make clear to all parties the concept of shared services and PBS organization, capabilities, and evolutionary journeyExperience working with multiple stakeholders across the different business units and functional areas within a matrix management structureAbility to establish business metrics and achieve results that support the companys strategic prioritiesDemonstrated business knowledge of HR, benefits, recruiting, compensation, payroll, talent management, master data, mobility, and systems to achieve desired PBS resultsExperience developing and administering budgets including forecasting and headcount planningProven project and change management skills and leadership capabilities; to include project plans, project team administration, stakeholder communications, training, PMO governance, third party management, issues/risk identification and mitigation, and financial benefit realizationPersistence to push through obstacles and continually improve processes to meet strategic business objectives and satisfy customer requirementsExperience negotiating service level agreements within bounds of organization
