Ascension Health Digital Promotions Specialist in St Louis, Missouri

Join the Talent Acquisition team at Ascension as a National Digital Promotions Specialist! In this role, in partnership with the Digital Promotions Partner, you will have the opportunity to implement nationwide recruitment campaigns through multiple job board channels to attract and convert talent for careers at Ascension.

What You Will Do

  • Partner closely with the Digital Promotions Partner, Ascension Campaign teams, and Ascension Marketing team to align and execute recruiting campaigns across tools including Indeed, Glassdoor, Appcast and ZipRecruiter.

  • Review digital job advertising campaign analytics for performance optimization, and process invoices to maintain budget.

  • Management and continuous optimization of Ascension company pages within Indeed, Glassdoor and other recruitment vendors.

  • Assist in building and maintaining external vendor relationships, and ensuring vendors are meeting KPI expectations, such as impressions, website visits, Talent Network joins, applicant volume, applicant quality, CPA/CPH and conversions to hire.

  • Compile, evaluate and deliver performance reporting from job boards, leveraging data to optimize campaign bidding structures and campaign delivery to continuously improve results.

  • Assist in the training of talent acquisition teams on job board best practices, campaign optimization, and industry trends.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred

  • Experience creating and optimizing large scale recruitment campaigns on job boards including Indeed, Appcast, and Glassdoor preferred

  • Experience successfully managing vendor relationships preferred

  • Experience analyzing recruitment campaign performance data across multiple channels, job categories and markets in order to make recommendations on optimizations based on data preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills preferred

  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
