As a Cross-Functional Supply Chain Associate Partner (Life Sciences) you will be responsible for leading engagements for our senior client stakeholders.
15 years of experience in industry supply chain operations/ consulting experience leading project with a focus on the following:
Supply Chain planing
S&OP/Integrated business planning
Order to Cash transformation
Development and deployment of Control Tower technology/capability
Supply Chain analytics - AI/ML experience to transform manufacturing, Demand planning/Sensing etc
Concurrent planing and logistics transformation
Proven track record of implementation success
You will be responsible for partnering with our project management, technical consultants and software teams to drive Business Led transformation programs linked to the journey to digital supply chain and the Hybrid Cloud. You will interface directly with clients to make recommendations to drive process improvement and best practices to create next generation differentiated capability. Assist with the implementation of process change as a member of the project team. Develop and apply industry expertise for Consumer, Retails, Life Sciences and Industrial sector clients. You will also support practice development initiatives and assist the business development team with writing proposals.
Consultatively provide critical functional Supply Chain expertise (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, and Customer Service) in support of key deals and clients. Perform Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and translate desired business outcomes into financial and operational resource requirements, minimizing client risk while maximizing profit and cash flow. Sales and operations planning (S&OP) support to achieve focus, alignment and synchronization across all functions of the client enterprise, production planning and possess functional knowledge of S4H, Warehouse Management and Travel Management Systems.

15+ years of experience in Deep Cross Functional Supply Chain Expertise
15+ years of experience in Integrated Business / Sales & Operations Planning and process improvement
15+ years of experience in Warehouse and Travel Management Systems
15+ years of experience in Process Transformation
7+ years of Life Sciences sector knowledge
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
20+ years of experience in Consulting Background
20 + years of experience in one or more of Industry Specific Focus (Industrial, Consumer Products and Life Sciences)
Functional Knowledge of SAP S4/H
