This position is responsible to provide effective customer service and achieve customer satisfaction by delivering services in a professional, courteous, and timely manner for our National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency (NGA) West Base Operations Support Contract.

Assist and coordinate service types and construction contracts to provide quality assurance.
Manage data information to monitor and uphold work performance and schedules for service contracts.
Monitor day-to-day progress and administration of the NGA West contract. Maintain open communication with the customer to ensure contract needs are met.
Plan, administer and control budgets for the contract, equipment and supplies.
Ensure technical requirements have been fulfilled in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Develop action plans as needed for work performance requirements.
Prepare necessary solicitation documents.
Create and issue purchase orders and process payments for completed projects.
Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)
Must have 2-3 years of direct experience.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Will be subject to a U.S. Government background check/investigation. Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with possible Polygraph.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
Maintain a high level of performance with limited supervision.
