The Info Cell team supports theanalytical and development needs for the Commercial/Sales team atAnheuser-Busch. The support that the function provides includes wholesaler andretailer pricing, sales planning and reporting, competitive analysis, andwholesaler (WOD) business services.

The Commercial Data Analyst will beresponsible for creating visualizations and drill down tools that will allowsenior management and field sales personnel to track performance on volume,market share and retail execution to drive results. You will partner with the Commercial Sales teamto provide recommendations on data analysis and how to best track keymetrics. You will be working onextracting large data sets, manipulating the data into meaningful metrics andputting the data into easy to use dashboards for the end user.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Commercial Sales team to develop and maintain dashboards and tools relating to volume, market share, distribution and execution of trade programs

  • Build tools that allow field sales personnel to view results from high level regional view down to individual retail accounts

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve quality and visibility of critical business measurements including IT, Sales Operations and Commercial Sales

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and reporting tools as needed

  • Provide ad hoc analysis to Commercial Sales partners as needed

  • Consistently look for opportunities to streamline processes and standardize reporting, including automation of reports,

  • Maintain relationships with key business partners on Commercial Sales team

  • Lead department efforts for key projects throughout the year; assist with training and support of other team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related

  • 5 years sales reporting and analysis experience and/or comparable relevant experience with leading more complex business projects, including managing timelines and providing direction to indirect reports

  • Relational Database experience (MS SQL Server preferred) and SQL proficiency

  • Experience in extracting and manipulating large datasets and spreadsheets, utilizing advanced Excel (including VBA) SAS, R or object oriented programming (Visual Basic, .NET)

  • Experience in creating dashboards in visualization tools such as Power BI or Qliksense

  • Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously and complete them in a timely manner with extreme accuracy

  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree

  • Willing to learn and adapt to various technologies

  • Flexible work habits and ability to adapt to changing situations and work demands

  • Willingness to relocate within the United States for future opportunities

  • Knowledge of beer/alcohol industry
