Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

Will be responsible for ensuring that HUS sales data sources enable the strategic direction and intent of the company. Will lead the plan, implementation and management of sales data resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish standards and guidelines for HUS to ensure that the sales data is effectively managed.
Execute strategy for information management and act as a key partner to sales management and territory managers in all markets.
Understand HUS’s sales data, business priorities and success measures to build sales reports for targeted audiences.
Run HUS customer masters and condition records in SAP
Set up sales DOGs & partner information in SAP
Build intuitive and readable dashboards using visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Azure for sales management
Collaborate with sales teams to build critical metric dashboards for Alliance customers
Load yearly sales quotas for all HUS sales into SAP
Resolve and make vital corrections on sales credit issues
Calculate commissions for HUS sales and manage sales agent commissions
Monitor dual credit sales for the electric utility and communication markets
Lead Power BI security and access for sales apps
Deliver training/assistance as needed for the tools given to sales
Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Data Science.
4+ years of success in consultative/sophisticated technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required
Experience in handling various key partner relationships to get consensus on solutions/projects required
Knowledge of SAP S4HANA preferred
