Cigna Business Analytics Lead Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Summary

This position supports the Senior Manager and Senior Analyst in continued review of additions, changes or deletions to client clinical rules and determination of their impact on client rebate eligibility. Will be responsible for establishing queries to gather data from appropriate resources for analysis.

Essential Functions

Continuously interrogate Clinical Rules System database for additions, changes or deletions to client clinical rules with impacts to rebate eligible products. Work with manager when new rules are identified to determine appropriate interpretation of the clinical rule impact on rebates

Interpret contract changes to determine impact to rebates, and to present to the team for review of impact to clients

Responsible for monitoring reports and proactively perform analyses and report findings to internal/external clients.

Other duties as deemed essential by business to support rebates optimization process

Requirements

2-5 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree; 0-2 years of experience with Master's Degree; 6-8 years of experience with no Bachelor's degree.
