We are seeking a dedicated individual to work with our dynamic team as a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst works in conjunction with the Applications Director to identify shortfalls in current systems and analyze data to support solutions to meet the needs of business owners through the deployment of extracted data and reporting which help improve corporate processes.

This individual will be responsible for anticipating and uncovering areas of improvement and working with key leadership to implement solutions, lead projects and document actions and outcomes.
Understands and documents work flow from business departments.
Understands interdepartmental relationships and data flow.
Manages projects as assigned by Applications Director, including coordination resources, timelines, and objectives as set by the IT Steering Committee.
Works with management to oversee and support training of payroll system and other financial systems.
Works with management on the development of best practices for financial systems.
Maintains a queue of end user support tickets related to financial system issues.
Conducts meetings and distributes communication with impacted department users.
Develops training plans, providing user manuals and end user documentation related to implemented process changes.
Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Complete periodic external reporting.
Builds and maintains reports for Accounting and Payroll.
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with 5 years financial experience.
Ability to work in a collaborative team and drive team to successful completion of projects.
Project Management experience managing upgrades and software implementations PMP preferred.
Experience with Kronos HR/Payroll preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred.
Long Term Care HR/Payroll experience a plus.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts and functions.
