Branch Services Program Manager

The main responsibilities of the Branch Services Program Manager include collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager of Branch Services and all project managers assigned to Branch Services engagements, Program financial performance management, and acting as project steward. This role covers all projects considered to be Branch Services and will require some travel to WWT and customer sites.

This Program Management role will report into the Denver, CO area, but can be based anywhere in the USA.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Single point of contact with customer throughout the project lifecycle

  • Excellent understanding of program and project financial management, and cost control practices

  • Capable of managing all aspects of project financials

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement change

  • Able to comprehend, analyze, and adhere to SOWs; review of project deliverables; support SLA's

  • Ongoing service improvement of internal and external processes to enhance program value

  • Maintain communication with internal and external executive sponsors and program stakeholders

  • Understand, and clearly and crisply communicate to internal and external stakeholders, how changes in scope, schedule, and pricing impact the program

  • Maintain communication with suppliers as appropriate in support of the program

  • Incremental business development that extends the program and/or identifies new business opportunities with the customer

  • Oversee Branch Services schedule, scope, and milestone performance

  • Manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation

  • Demonstrate negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Manage cross-functional issues within WWT service delivery departments.

  • Foster strong relationships within Branch Services, Professional Services, and Regional and Global PMO organization management groups

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum seven years of Project Management experience. PMP and ITIL certification is preferred

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred

  • Project Management knowledge in Technology practices

  • Prior multi-site roll-out program experience is preferred

  • Financial acumen

  • Excellent understanding of the contract (SOW) process. Able to manage contract modifications, change orders, control the impact to a program, and take a lead position for negotiations on contract scope, cost and schedule

  • Good understanding of Supply Chain and equipment configuration (lab) processes

  • Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines

  • Strong team skills

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

  • Must be able to travel in the US, and potentially internationally
