The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting all supply chain and operation related tasks. The Supply Chain Specialist will work in conjunction with Operations, Scheduling, Inventory Control, Logistics and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth flow for supply chain operation.

Provide operational support for import/export logistics
Provide analysis to maintain optimal inventory level for both Raw and finished products
Preparation and planning of daily production schedule as needed
Coordinate samples for customers and pre-shipment.
Identify and lead implementation of cost improvement projects
Provide Supply Chain risk analysis and recommendations
Tracking of Delivery Order completions for finished product
Develop Service Level improvement plan based on complaint analysis and OTIF report
Coordinate and implement regional/global Supply Chain projects
Support supply chain network optimization plan for global footprint
High School Diploma with 3-5 years of related experience; or Associates Degree with 3+ years of related experience; or Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of related experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Passion in global supply chain operations
Ability to handle multiple projects in a team environment.
Master in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Power BI report
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Strong decision-making abilities
Manufacturing Scheduling or Operations experience highly desired
Understanding of supply chain optimization method
Commitment to continuing education in supply chain certification or education
