The position acts as a liaison between the Cyber Threat Management (CTM) teams and technical or business organizations by planning, conducting and completing analysis of moderately complex business problems to be solved with cyber threat security solutions. Provides technical assistance in identifying and evaluating Cyber Threat Security systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Coordinates test plans and engineering activities. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes to the security systems. Gathers data and prepares necessary reports. Updates documentation within required systems, e.g. Jira, Confluence, and Share Point Sites, etc. used by the Cyber Threat Management Teams. May provide direction to less experienced staff.
Primary responsibility is to assist Cyber Threat Engineering (CTE) Teams with project coordination, daily operations, and tasks to support CTE initiatives. This includes: creating and updating engineering life cycle documentation, gathering and reporting of operational metrics, and assist with audit requests. Also, work with CTE team to complete test plans for product certifications and version upgrades, track production issues (PAC2000) for CTE solutions. The role also maintains Business Continuty Plans, Patch management schedules, Application records (Remedy, AppOne, etc.), and Technology Standards Catalog (TSC) for Cyber Threat Engineering applications and products.
5+ years of technology experience
1+ year of technical documentation and publication experience
2+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of information security experience
Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
Experience with change Management
Experience analyzing large data sets
Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
