Enterprise Transformation Services (ETS) partners with all Wells Fargo businesses and staff functions to provide /foundational capabilities/, /transformational leadership, and a continuum of strategic services for the Enterprise/. The ETS vision is to be a catalyst for transformation across Wells Fargo. Leveraging our expertise, we identify, champion, and develop fundamentally new ways of working.

Within ETS, the/ Enterprise Business Architecture team’s mission is to drive structural improvements by creating a shared language (developing holistic views of WF), simplifying environments (rationalize, modularize, improve operating scale) and bridging strategy to execution (address enterprise needs with enterprise solutions)./

The team does this by focusing efforts on four primary objectives:

* * /E&E Insights and Ideation: /* Developing enterprise business architecture (EBA) information infrastructure to support identification of rationalization opportunity.

* * /Change impact assessment and planning: /* Design and support an end-state solution where strategic intentions drive business capability requirements that then drive globally optimized project portfolios.

* * /Enterprise Architecture Support:/* Establish enterprise and line of business (LOB) level business architecture (BA) lifecycle services that support a number of Enterprise Architecture (EA) , Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) initiatives and business as usual (BAU) processes including Application Rationalization, Application as an Asset, and the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

* * /Enterprise Business Architecture Community and Practice Development: /* Develop and enable BA practitioners within and across the enterprise and manage BA methods and tools including an enterprise business capability model.

While this position will participate in cross-service engagements that touch each of the EBA practice areas, this position will report to the lead whom is responsible for /\/ /Sales and Service/ capabilities.

Specific responsibilities will include among others:

Provide subject matter expertise related to Sales activities/capabilities supported throughout Wells Fargo.

  • Provide leadership to other consultants and analysts in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.

  • Architect, develop and drive detailed solutions for various lines of business and/or third party vendors, while adhering to the standard Wells Fargo methodologies and in close collaboration with extended ETS team members, WF business line team members, and staff support partners.

  • Ensure quality, practical, and timely business architecture solutions are developed, bearing in mind numerous considerations: operational, financial, human capital, change management, technological, legal, operational risk, and procurement.

  • Lead and facilitate the analysis and design of solution blueprints.

  • Discuss, collaborate, influence, and establish relationships with line of business process owners and partners (e.g. legal counsel, risk partners, & technology).

  • Understand -- and where appropriate, thoughtfully address -- business partner reservations at various levels of the organization during solution development.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of strategic planning experience

  • Technical and business architecture experience

  • Advanced facilitation skills

  • Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking

  • Ability to create and clearly articulate the target state including: the execution roadmap, costs, benefits and risks

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to present to decision makers in a professional and confident manner

  • Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends

  • Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications

  • Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery

  • Advanced Microsoft Visio skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
